We hope you love your items from Clover + Bee, but if you need to make a return or exchange, we’re happy to help.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
For all other customers, respond to your Order Confirmation Email telling us the item(s) you would like to return. Please reference our return policy to make sure the item(s) you are returning are eligible for a return. Package your item(s) along with your receipt and mail them to our store in Birmingham, Alabama. We do not refund your shipping cost to return the item(s). Returns should be mailed to:

Most packages will arrive just fine, but if anything happens in transit with the carrier, Clover + Bee is not responsible. Once we receive your package, we will respond to your return email.
RETURN POLICY
Unused merchandise in its original condition with the tags attached may be returned within 10 calendar days from date of purchase OR, if shipped, the date the package is delivered for store credit, refund, or exchange (if available).
Please make sure your return or exchange is brought to the store or postmarked by 10 calendar days after you bought or received the item via shipping. Items will not be accepted beyond 10 calendar days. We accept items returned in excellent condition. We will not refund items that arrive used, smelling of perfume or detergent, with makeup or deodorant stains, or that have been worn.
Jewelry, intimates, scarves, belts, hair accessories, and sale/discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange + considered FINAL SALE.
CHRISTMAS RETURN POLICY
We love the Holidays!! Which is why each season, we extend the window to return gift purchases. Beginning December 2nd, our gift exchange policy extends to January 6th, 2026 for store credit only (no refunds).
The following items do not qualify for return or exchange:
*sale or discounted items of any kind
*special orders
*seasonal merchandise, including clothing, gift items and accessories marked with a green dot
REFUNDS
Eligible returns will be refunded immediately but may take up to 48 hours to post to a credit card statement. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
We do not offer price adjustments for previously purchased items.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Our team will do our best to help you choose the right size, but if you need to exchange for a different size or color, we are happy to help. Exchanges will be accepted up to 10 days of receiving your item (whether purchased in store or online).
To exchange an online purchase, please email hello@shopcloverandbee.com to let us know which item you’d like to exchange so we can let you know if we have your correct size or desired color still in stock.
